SayNow keeps everyone's phone number private and secure. When you leave a message for someone on SayNow your number will remain hidden and you don't need to give out your number to get a reply or a call back (so don't give it out)! We will never share your number or spam you. You can also opt-out at any time.
SayNow won't charge you for setting up an account or for calling a SayNow number. However, your phone company may still charge you standard rates for calling, or for text messages depending on the plan you have. If you live outside the US, you can still call a SayNow number, but you may be charged for long-distance calls by your phone company. Check with them first!
Yes, you can call a SayNow number from any phone anywhere in the world. However, if your caller ID is blocked we'll ask that you enter your phone number and password to identify yourself. Your phone number won't be shared with anyone but we need it to connect callers to you if you get a reply or a call back.
The quickest way to opt-out is to simply text "STOP" to our short code, 729669 (SAYNOW.) You can also change your notification preference on our website under "Settings", or email a cancellation request to support@saynow.com
You can recover your username and password by going to our support page. We'll reset your password, so when you sign in with your new information, please remember to change it to something more secure.
Login to SayNow and click the 'Settings' tab at the top of the page. From there, go to the 'phone number' section and enter your new number. Make sure to select the appropriate country as well!
Anyone in the United States can get a US SayNow number for free! If you live outside the US, you'll have to wait a little while - we're currently testing international numbers. If you'd like to help us test, please email support@saynow.com and include the subject line "International SayNow Beta." Be sure to tell us why you'd like an international SayNow number.
You can still register for a free account to send messages and listen to them on your computer. When we add your country to our supported list, we'll let you know so you can get your own SayNow number too! Remember to check our blog for updates.
